Epic Pen

Epic Pen is a program that will allow us to draw or write on any app we have open on our Mac, without interrupting the natural workflow or having to switch between apps. The program is also compatible with all types of digital pens and tablets, which can greatly facilitate its prolonged use.

The interface of Epic Pen is compact, simple and elegant. It consists only of a thin rectangle that we can place anywhere on the screen, from which we can select the different drawing tools. We will only have to choose one of the tools, such as the brush, and start drawing anywhere on the screen. It's that easy and convenient.

The list of tools at Epic Pen is very extensive, although it is true that its free version has some limitations. In this basic version, for example, we will only have 16 colors at our disposal, which, although they may seem scarce, are more than enough to draw any diagram or scheme on the screen. From the options menu, we can also create keyboard shortcuts to activate any of the different tools.

Epic Pen is an excellent program that, due to its characteristics, is especially oriented to teaching or teamwork. That said, it can also become a particularly useful tool for streaming or virtual presentations.
